Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:
✅ You received a damaged or defective item.
✅ You received the wrong product.
✅ An item was missing from your package.

Please note: We do not accept returns for reasons like personal dislike of scent, texture, or results, as skincare effects can vary from person to person.

Return Timeframes

• India: Contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
   

• International Orders: Contact us within 15 calendar days of receiving your order.
   

Conditions for Return Approval

For a return to be approved:
✔ The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in the original packaging with all seals, labels, and accessories intact.
✔ You must provide clear photos of the damage, defect, or wrong item.
✔ Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

How to Initiate a Return

1️⃣ Email us at hi@himsoul.com with the subject: “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”.
2️⃣ Include:

• Your name and contact details
   

• Order number
   

• Photos showing the issue
   

• Description of the problem
   

3️⃣ Our team will review your request within 48 business hours and guide you on the next steps.

Return Shipping Process

• Within India: You will need to return the product using the shipping instructions we provide. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund, or you can choose to receive the return shipping cost as Himsoul money (store credit) for your next purchase.
   

• International Orders: You will ship the product back using a reliable courier. We will deduct reasonable return shipping costs from the final refund,  or you can choose to receive the return shipping cost as Himsoul money (store credit) for your next purchase.
