  • Can I return a product just because I didn’t like it?
    Unfortunately, no — skincare results can vary by individual, so we can only accept returns for damaged, defective, or wrong items.
  • Do I have to pay for return shipping?
    ● India: Yes — return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, or you can choose to have the return shipping cost added as Himsoul money for your next purchase. International: Yes — you cover return shipping upfront, and we deduct reasonable return shipping costs from the refund.
  • Can I get a loyalty bonus instead of a cash refund?
    Yes! You can opt for a Himsoul Loyalty Bonus (store credit), which gives you extra value toward your next purchase.
  • Can I return or exchange sale or promotional items?
    Only if they arrived damaged or defective.
  • What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
    Email us at hi@himsoul.com with your order number, clear photos, and a brief description within 7 days (India) or 15 days (international). We’ll guide you through the return process.
  • How long does it take to process a refund?
    Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days (India) or 7–10 business days (international) after we receive and inspect the returned item.
